weather art

for literacy we are learning about weather. We use crayon and dye to create a rainy day picture. first I  used white crayon to draw the rain. Next I drew a rainbow with crayons, I had to make sure there were no white bits in the rainbow. After that I used different colors of dye to paint the cloudy dark sky, and here is my art

  1. Hello Harrison,

I like how you added a rainbow at the side, it really brightens up the picture. What was your favourite part of making this picture?

  2. Hi I am Sophie from Awahono School. I like how you put lots of dark colours and the rainbow at the side. The rain looks like lightning bolts and that is pretty cool. You are a really good drawer. It reminds me of a very rainy day.

  4. Hi, I'm Alex from Awahono School. I like the way you made the rainbow because you made it look like the end is showing and the rest is in a different place. What do you like the most about drawing the picture?
