Serving trays

 Serving trays designed with handles and raised sides help to contain food and prevent drinks from spilling. In addition, they make it easy to carry food, drinks, and tableware from the kitchen to other areas in your home. 

You should always get trays that have sides and handles especially if you need them for drinks and food. They act as a barrier that prevents your drink from sliding off and hitting the floor. Aside from that, there is the obvious fact that it makes it incredibly easy to be able to carry them and move them around.

However, all ways keep it level so it does not spill, make sure to not trip over, and if you break something make sure to clean it up

 I'm going to explain some conflict and chaos. For example in the movie the hunt for the wilder people. Ricky and his uncle called Hec they had a bad relationship throughout the movie. for example Ricky had teased Hec about his reading, and then he got grumpy at Ricky. then he tried to grab him and then broke his ankle by getting his foot stuck in a dip in the ground. then they had to stay out in the bush because he could not move so they had to stay in the bush for about 5 or 6 weeks, then on the walk home they found a cabin in the middle of nowhere. they went inside to find food then Ricky open a curtain and found a body in a room.

what we did for athletics training, we did high jump, we did long jump, we did 60 m sprints and we did relays i enjoyed doing relays because i thought it was fun. i think i got better at high jump because i didn't really know how to do high jump. I think we should do more of relays because i like to do relays
