Looking Forward To Autumn
I can’t wait to smell roast chicken cooking in the hot oven.
I can’t wait to taste spicy pumpkin soup. it’s yum.
I can’t wait to see leaves falling from the trees and have leaf fights
Here comes Autumn
I can’t wait to feel warm jackets and warm beanies on my body.
I can’t wait to hear people playing in the leaves
Here comes Autumn.
Hi Harry,
ReplyDeleteI like your writing about the season Autumn. You have also been writing things that you can do in autumn like eat pumpkin soup and the leaves that fall of trees. Next time add something else instead of I can"t wait. How long did it take to finish this writing? Hope to see more of your writing on your blog.
Hi Harrison I am Jaimie from St Bernadette's school.
ReplyDeleteThis is really cool post, I like how you have explained about how you are excited about Autumn. Next time you should add different Autumn pictures of leaves not just the same one. Other than that, great work looking forward to your next post.
Hi Harry,
ReplyDeleteI am Gustan year 6 from St.Bernadette's School. I like the way that you put lots of excitement into your poem and the way that you said I can’t wait to hear people playing in the leaves. Next time you could work on putting more full stops in. Can't wait to see your next post.
Hi Harrison my name is Antonette and I am a Year 6 student from St.Bernadette's School. I really liked the way you wrote with a sense of excitement to show that you were looking forward to the season of Autumn. Maybe next time you could start your sentences differently because you used "I can't wait" always at the start of your sentences. Are there any other things you like about Autumn? I'm looking forward until your next post.
